EAC/ACB MEMBERS’ EXHIBIT
All EAC/ACB members are eligible to submit entries to the exhibit and you are not required to attend the seminar to do so.
Check all category requirements carefully. Complete exhibit details and requirements can be found on the website at eac-acb.ca/awards-grants.
Each entry must be worked by hand with a threaded needle and not shown at a previous seminar. The entry must be finished and suitable for display. Entries must be appropriately equipped for hanging or display. The seminar committee is not able to supply display equipment.
Public photography is allowed in the Members’ Exhibit. The names of the stitcher and designer on all entries must be identified and be visible for attribution purposes.
Seminar 2027 Instructors may only enter the Members’ Display and Adjudication categories.
The seminar committee and EAC/ACB are not responsible for loss or damage. The Members’ Exhibit committee reserves the right to decline an entry for the exhibit.
ENTRY FORMS
An entry form and accompanying photo must be completed for all items displayed at the Members’ Exhibit so the designer and stitcher can be credited, and insurance can be secured.
The seminar committee must receive entry forms and a colour photograph of the entry by their respective due dates. Late entries will not be accepted.
