EAC/ACB MEMBERS’ EXHIBITION
All EAC/ACB members are eligible to enter the exhibition, and you are not required to attend the seminar to do so.
Check all category requirements carefully. Complete award details and requirements can be found on the website at eac-acb.ca/awards-grants
Each entry must be worked with a threaded needle and not shown at a previous seminar. The member entering the embroidery must have stitched the piece being entered. The entry must be finished and suitable for display. Entries must be appropriately equipped for hanging or display. The seminar committee is not able to supply display equipment.
Instructors teaching at Seminar 2027 may only enter the Exhibition Only category.
The seminar committee and EAC/ACB are not responsible for loss or damage.
ENTRY FORMS
An entry form must be completed for all items displayed at the Members’ Exhibition so the designer and stitcher can be credited with their work, and insurance can be secured for each piece.
The seminar committee must receive entry forms and a colour photograph of the entry by April 15, 2027. Late entries will not be accepted.

ENTRY DROP-OFF AT THE SEMINAR
Pieces delivered in person must include a copy of the entry form.
Please note that the deadline for receiving embroidery for the Original Design Award and Pulled Thread Award entries delivered in person is 2PM June 17, 2027. Entries in the Seminar Group Project, Leonida Leatherdale, Viewers’ Choice, Seminar Theme Awards, and the Exhibition Only categories must be dropped off by 2PM on June 17, 2027.
Receipts for entries will be issued. These are required when claiming pieces after the Members’ Exhibition closes.
ENTRY SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Shipped entries must arrive by May 31, 2027.
Shipped entries must:
arrive in a reusable box
include a copy of the entry form
include return postage and insurance
include a self-addressed return label
Please include your identification on all packing materials. You will be emailed (or sent a self-addressed postcard) to be advised when your entry arrives.

The Pulled Thread and Original Design awards are adjudicated and require additional submission materials. Forms and requirements for submitting entries for both awards can be found at eac-acb.ca/awards-grants.
The deadline for submitting these additional materials to the Education Director is April 15, 2027.
Please note that the deadline for receiving embroidery for the Original Design Award and Pulled Thread Award entries delivered in person is June 17, 2027. Shipped entries must arrive no later than May 31, 2027.
Entries to the PTA and ODA must also complete and submit the Members’ Exhibition entry form for insurance and exhibition display purposes.
