- All EAC/ACB members in good standing are eligible to register and attend the seminar. You will need your membership number and expiry date to complete the registration process.
- The pre-registration fee of $100 is a non-refundable deposit and must be remitted to confirm the registration.
- All registrations received by November 1, 2025, will be treated equally for the preference of classes.
- Classes that do not meet registration minimums as of December 31, 2025, will be cancelled.
- Class assignments will be sent electronically by February 10, 2026. Every effort will be made to place you in the class(es) of your choice.
- The class assignment email will include an invoice showing the balance owing, including kit fees. Full payment, including kit fees, must be received by March 1, 2026, to guarantee your registration.

Your membership number can be found in the top banner of your recent issue of eThreads. It is two capital letters, a space, and six numerals.
To register for the seminar, you must be a member of EAC/ACB. Please visit eac-acb.ca/eac-acb-shop to complete the membership application process if you are not currently a member.

Activity Selection
You can pay your pre-registration fee and seminar fee balance by e-transfer, cheque or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
Fees for in-person attendees include the classes or simply stitching, opening reception, EAC/ACB luncheon, and banquet. The registration fee for partial in-person registrants will include the class(es) and either the opening reception and EAC/ACB luncheon, or the banquet.

Skill Level Definitions
Basic: For anyone new to embroidery or the technique or requiring guidance in reading/understanding stitch diagrams and patterns. Assistance and repeated directions will be provided. Basic level classes can also be enjoyed by the intermediate and advanced stitcher.
Basic/Intermediate: For those with stitching experience who are new to the technique. Assistance and detailed directions will be provided. Basic/Intermediate level classes can also be enjoyed by the intermediate and advanced stitcher.
Intermediate: For those familiar with the technique or similar techniques at the basic level who want to advance their understanding of the technique, who understand stitch diagrams and patterns but may need guidance, and who can work somewhat independently.
Intermediate/Advanced: For those familiar with and who have some experience with the technique at the intermediate level, who may not be fully proficient with the more complex stitches, who can work independently with guidance from the instructor and move quickly from one element to the next. There may not be much class time available to repeat instructions/demonstrations, and stitchers unfamiliar with the technique may be unable to keep up.
Advanced: For those who want to expand and challenge their skills in a technique in which they have foundational experience, can read charts and stitch diagrams easily, are familiar with the stitches used in the technique, have a proficient understanding of stitch techniques for the more complex stitches, and can work independently. The class will move quickly through the setup and basic elements of the project. There may not be much class time to repeat instructions/demonstrations, and stitchers unfamiliar with the technique may be unable to keep up.
Session A (May 6 & 7, 2026)
Make three choices from the 4-day AB classes or 2-day A classes, in order of preference. If you select a 4-day class, the same preference will carry over to Session B.
Session B (May 9 & 10, 2026)
Make three choices from the 2-day B classes. If you chose a 4-day class in Session A, your choice is already reflected here.
Options Day (May 8, 2026)
All Options Day activities are at additional cost + kit fees. Make up to three choices from classes and tours available, in order of preference.

Market Night Table Rental
If you are a crafter or designer consider renting a table for Market Night to sell artisan items during the evening of Thursday May 7, 2026.
Estimated Invoice
This is an estimated invoice based on your 1st choice selections. The final invoice will reflect the actual class assignment(s) and will be sent by February 10, 2026.
Payment Schedule
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon submission of this registration.
- By February 10, 2026, class assignments will be sent to the email you recorded on the Registrant Details page.
- Full payment, including kit fees, are due no later than March 1, 2026 to confirm your class assignment(s).
